Pet Therapy event comes to Elon University’s campus

SPARKS Peer Educators will host Pet Therapy with PAAWS Oct. 6 for students to take a break from their day with a therapeutic activity. Dogs, cats and bunnies will be waiting on the Moseley West Lawn for friendly interaction.

Edwards lifts men’s soccer to 1-0 win over College of Charleston

The Elon men’s soccer team improved to 4-3 on the season, and 2-0 in conference play, after defeating the College of Charleston Cougars 1-0 on Saturday afternoon. The team will look to finish their road swing on a high note on Wednesday, Sept. 22 at 6:00 p.m. against Radford.

Leah Daniel surpasses 1,000 career kills in win at College of Charleston

Elon University’s volleyball team completed a weekend sweep of the College of Charleston Cougars with a four set victory on Saturday, Sept. 18. Senior outside hitter Leah Daniel surpassed 1,000 kills for her career during the frame. Daniel is the first Elon player to reach the milestone since Kam Terry did so in 2018.

Elon football falls 44-10 against Appalachian State

For the first time since 2012, Elon University’s football team traveled to a sold out Kidd Brewer Stadium in Boone for a road game against Appalachian State. Despite a tight first half, the Phoenix fell 44-10 to the Mountaineers. The Phoenix (1-2) return home next week to take on William & Mary on Family Weekend.
