The Elon University Phoenix (3-7-1) took on the University of North Carolina Wilmington Seahawks (9-2-1) ranked No. 13 in the country on Wednesday night. In the on-and-off rain and intense humidity, the Phoenix were unable to break a six-game winless streak against the Seahawks who were yet to lose a game in the CAA conference, falling 2-0.

Volleyball loses fifth straight falling to Towson

Elon University Volleyball (8-7) fell in four sets to the Towson Tigers (7-11) in the team’s first home CAA matchup in the Schar Center (18-25,19-25, 25-21, 23-25). With this loss, the team’s losing streak persists to five straight.
