Redshirt senior guard Kamryn Doty is entering the NCAA transfer portal.
She announced her decision April 7 via Instagram. The Arizona native has one year of eligibility remaining.
Doty joined the team in 2021 and has spent the past five seasons with the Phoenix, playing 76 games over three healthy seasons. She did not play in Elon’s 2021-2022 nor 2023-2024 seasons due to injuries.
In her final year at Elon, Doty averaged 4 points off the bench, playing roughly 15 minutes per game.
In an email to Elon News Network, Ashlee Brackett, spokesperson for Elon women’s basketball, told Elon News Network that she would notify ENN if head coach Charlotte Smith had any comments on the matter.
