Elon University's Student Union Board made significant changes to for its second annual Food Truck Frenzy after experiencing several issues last year. Some of the notable changes included increasing the number of vendors from five to eight and requiring vendors to sell from a limited menu. Sophie Ritter, vice president of SUB operations, said the smaller menu was designed to lower wait times in long lines. "The food trucks are coming for one day and they can't put everything that they have on their regular menu on this menu just because it would be too much for them to accommodate," she said.
