Sunscreen, lipstick and hairspray lined the seats of McEwen 209 on Wednesday night. The Her Campus chapter at Elon University partnered with The Brand Girls. This crossover event encouraged female students to follow their passions in the workforce.

Catholicism at Elon continues to grow

According to the 2018 Spring Registrar’s Report, Keller is one of 1786 Catholic students on campus — making it the largest Christian denomination at Elon. Catholicism has been the largest religion denomination on campus since at least Spring 2007 — which is the oldest Registrar's Report on Elon's website.

Back on top: Phoenix dancing again

Punching a ticket to the Big Dance is the goal of every Division I college basketball team at the start of the year. Elon University is no different. After coming off its first appearance in the NCAA Tournament last year, the fate of this year’s team was uncertain. Replacing half the squad with freshmen, there was no telling if this would be a make or break year.

Elon to face N.C. State in 1st round of NCAA Tournament

Nerves ran high for some as the Elon University women’s basketball team waited to see where they will be playing the first round of the NCAA Tournament.  But not head coach Charlotte Smith. “I was pretty relaxed,” she said. “[The show] eventually get to us, so I was pretty calm.” Waiting until the final region was revealed, the No.13-ranked Phoenix faces No. 4 North Carolina State University at 2:30 p.m. on Friday, March 16 in Raleigh.
