In dining halls, students are given access to a variety of stations that can cater to different dietary needs and restrictions. According to the Elon Dining Website, dining hall meals are made with “responsibly sourced” ingredients, 20% of which are grown, harvested or produced within 150 miles of campus and contain no “artificial ingredients, additives or synthetic chemicals.”
