Football attempts to move on to ‘new normalcy’
The Elon University football team returned to campus late Saturday night after defeating the University of Maine 27-22 earlier in the day. The conclusion to a week of unimaginable tragedy — the death of junior wide receiver Demitri Allison — had ended in triumph.
