The 73rd play, a 25-yard touchdown pass from redshirt freshman quarterback Connor Christiansen to freshman wide receiver Corey Joyner, was the deciding play, giving the Phoenix a 21-13 victory over the Runnin’ Bulldogs. “[Joyner] was behind the safety, and so I had to wait for him to get in front,” Christiansen said.
