A Computer Hacking At Elon

Ciera Martinez was on her computer in class when her mouse started acting funny. So she shut down her computer and went to the Alpha Kappa Alpha house. "I opened my computer and I realized there was a new folder on my computer that I didn't create," said Martinez. It was then she realized her computer wasn't just acting funny, but a hacker was on the prowl. [div class="alignleft"] [/div] "They started playing chess which is kind of awkward.

Death of UNC- Chapel Hill Student Impacts Elon Students

A university student was found dead at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill last Friday and even death at some other campus will impact any university. Faith Hedgepeth, a 19 year-old student at UNC Chapel Hill, was found dead inside her University apartment around 11a.m.

Reality Check: Elon students’ health habits defy common perceptions

The popular image of a sleep-deprived college student devouring Ramen noodles and guzzling caffeinated drinks does not accurately describe the typical Elon University student. In a recent poll conducted by The Pendulum, the majority of the nearly 100 Elon students who responded indicated they sleep, on average, between seven and eight hours each night and eat three meals each day.
