The future of the Iran Nuclear Deal is uncertain

The Iran-Nuclear Deal was signed in 2015 by the Islamic Republic of Iran and the P5+1 countries of China, France, Germany, Russia, the United Kingdom and the United States. The deal was created to combat Iran’s nuclear programs and recently has come under criticism by the Trump Administration.

The Elon University men’s soccer team secured a much needed 1-0 victory against Drexel University Oct. 21, thanks to a first-half goal from senior striker Elijah Agu — who later left the game because of an injury.

Elon announces 30 new scholarships for Odyssey program

Elon University announced thirty new scholarships for students in the Odyssey program on Friday. The Odyssey program is a four-year academic program providing scholarships to students with high financial need, including many students who are the first in their families to attend college.

Lambert nostalgic, optimistic after presidential announcement

In the wake of the announcement of Elon's ninth president, Connie Ledoux Book, President Leo Lambert spoke at a town hall meeting on Thursday night sponsored by the Student Government Association. Lambert expressed his nostalgia that came with the announcement, as well as his sheer thrill for Book.

Following her voice: Elon senior breaks into music industry

Elon University senior Rosie Darling has been writing songs since she was 11, and now is on a mission to release one single a month for the rest of the year.  The singer-songwriter from Canton, Massachusetts dropped her first single, “I Miss U,” in June. Though a strategic communications major minoring in psychology, Darling is sure that music is something she will do for the rest of her life.
