Not Quite a Hero

Tim Tebow is not ashamed to be a Christian. He’s not ashamed to admit he’s a virgin, and he’s not ashamed that God just might be a Broncos fan.  And boy, does he like people to know it. Tebow has been called courageous for his candor, unafraid to wear his heart on his sleeve.  He advocates traditional Christian values in a world that is supposedly against them.

Tebow has the right to practice his faith, should be commended for never backing down

He’s one of the most well known players in the world of football. He’s a Christian - and he’s not afraid to admit it. As far as football goes, critics are quick to comment that Tim Tebow throws one of the ugliest balls in the game while relentlessly harping on the fact that he was barely able to complete half of his passes through the 2011 regular season, but pinpointing Tebow’s flaws in no way diminishes his feats. After selected in the first round of the 2010 NFL draft by the Denver Broncos, Tebow transformed the 1-4 team as the starting quarterback.

Behind the B.F.A. Audition Process

Jacqueline Agrusa does not look happy. “I was nervous,” she says. “I had to go first.” Agrusa has just emerged from Yeager Recital Hall in Elon University’s Center for the Arts, where she completed the first of a three-part audition for Elon’s Bachelor of Fine Arts music theater program in the Department of Performing Arts March 2.
