An e-waste recycling event will take place Saturday 9 a.m.-2 p.m. in the Public Works parking lot on E. Summit Avenue.
Items considered recyclable include home electronics, personal computers, personal electronics and other miscellaneous electronic devices.
According to a statement released from the City of Burlington, batteries and other non-electronic items will not be accepted. Alkaline batteries need to be removed from electronic devices before the devices are dropped off.
