Monday classes were cancelled after 3:30 p.m., and Tuesday classes are delayed until 10:00 a.m. because of the expected snow storm, Smith Jackson announced in an email Monday.
There is a revised schedule for Tuesday that includes 1 hour and 15 minute classes instead of the usual 1 hour and 40 minute classes.
Dining halls have altered hours. McEwen, Varsity, Colonnades, Green World, Java City and Argo Tea are scheduled to close 2 p.m. Monday, while Qdoba, Freshii, Biscuitville, Topio's and Chick-fil-A are scheduled to close 5 p.m. Monday.
Acorn, Boar's Head, Croutons and Lakeside have the latest hours, each closing at 8 p.m. Monday.
Lakeside and Acorn will open 9 a.m. Tuesday. All other dining options are set to open around 10 a.m. and maintain regular hours.
University offices will open 10 a.m. Tuesday. Exceptions include Moseley Center at 8:30 a.m., Campus Recreation at 8:30 a.m. and Health Services at 9 a.m.
Belk Library's hours have not been changed. The building will remain open for its usual 24 hours.
The Danieley Tram and the West, Outer Loop A and Outer Loop B BioBuses will run until 4:30 p.m. Monday. They are scheduled to begin operating 9 a.m. Tuesday.
