Spending 14 days at sea has proven a lot less difficult than I’d initially imagined. In fact, the time is flying, and I can’t believe I’m already halfway done with my wellness challenge!

As you’ll see, I’ve had a lot of time to relax, enjoy the sun and catch up with friends, and it’s been nice to have a break from traveling to focus on myself and my personal goals.

I’m proud to say I’ve managed to avoid dessert entirely so far (which really says something because some of the desserts they serve on this ship are amazing). I’m also glad that I’ve been doing well in terms of eating fruit and veggies, but I’ve clearly been slacking off in the exercise and reading departments. Got to step up my wellness game as I approach Week 2 of the challenge!

To start Week 2, just clear out the check marks and change the top row to say Days 8-14 instead of Days 1-7.
