Every year, the cul-de-sac of Bent Tree Court lights up with flashing and blinking pumpkins and peppy pop music. Jimmy Curiazza, a longtime Gibsonville resident and Elon University physical plant plumbing supervisor, decorates his house for Halloween each October with a carefully-timed light show.

Initially, Curiazza decorated his house just for fun, but as more and more visitors came to the cul-de-sac for the show, he decided to donate the proceeds to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.

Burlington-area residents and Elon students looking for some wholesome and family-friendly fun this weekend can stop by Curiazza's display. The show begins once the sun sets and will run continuously until 10 p.m. Thursday, Friday and Saturday night.
