Elon University will be hosting two guest speakers on September 25th at 7:30 pm in Yeager Recital Hall, Center for the Arts.

Documentary film maker and author Jen Marlowe and Kimberly Davis will discuss the book I am Troy Davis. Kimberly Davis is the sister of Mr. Davis, a man who was executed by the state of Georgia in 2011 in spite of a strong case of innocence. They will discuss how this case is emblematic of a broken death penalty system and the Davis family's fight to prove Troy's innocence.

Thanks,

Meredith Allison
