Construction began in the summer on what was previously Fireside and Octagon in Moseley. This space will now become a Student Center that holds offices for student organizations along with a comfortable lounge to study or socialize in.
The Student Center will also have a kitchen and be able to screen movies. The project is scheduled to be completed by late September or early October.
While construction in Moseley still continues, the new Martin Alumni Building has been completed.

Previously the home of Elon's Office of Financial Planning, this building received a complete renovation inside and out.
The Alumni Building now has a beautiful patio along with a living room and offices for faculty and staff that work with alum.
Bricks outside the building will honor alumni who participate in "Pave the Way" Campaign. The Campaign allows Alum to give back to Elon and have brick honoring them in their name.
