Senior celebration brings class of 2022 together

Graduating seniors gathered in Rhodes Stadium for activities, refreshments

The typical shouts and cheers at Rhodes Stadium were replaced on Wednesday night with music, conversation and the class of 2022 during the annual senior celebration.

The event featured a live DJ, along with games, food and photo opportunities.

Elon University Feb. 3 classes canceled, offices to close

In-person meetings for undergraduate and graduate classes on Feb. 3 are canceled, Vice President for Student Life Jon Dooley announced in an email Feb. 2. Dooley wrote that out of an abundance of caution, the university will have one more day of canceled in-person class meetings and office closures.

ABSS to have Optional Teacher Workday Feb. 3

The Alamance-Burlington School System announced Feb. 2 that there will be no remote learning for students Feb. 3, and teachers will have an optional workday. There will be no athletic or after-school activities.
