The Emmys are here, and the queen of television is demanding that actresses be asked better questions. Let us take that back: the queens of television. Two of the biggest names in Hollywood, Amy Poehler and Shonda Rhimes, are encouraging a more-well balanced this carpet this year — thank goodness.

Amy's online community Smart Girls launched a campaign similar to last year's #AskHerMore. This year, people are encouraged to write in questions using #SmartGirlsAsk in hopes of encouraging journalists to ask females more thought-provoking questions on the red carpet.

Following the launch of this campaign by Smart Girls, Shonda (a.k.a the genius behind McDreamy and Mr. President) tweeted her support. In just a few days, Hollywood heavyweights and presidential hopefuls have sent in their questions about body confidence, female empowerment and career decisions — straying from the usual "Who are you wearing?"

Presidential candidate Hillary Clinton even tweeted out the appropriate question: "If you were president, what would you do?" Well, Hillary, we're waiting for your answer …
