For over three years I have run a monthly science education program at Fat Frogg called "Tectonic Plates: Alamance County's Science Cafe." We meet 2nd Tuesdays at 7-8pm, there is no entry fee, and you can expect a lively event in a relaxed atmosphere without all the technical jargon.
This Tuesday the visiting scientist is Professor Cindy Bennett from Physician's Assistant Studies at Elon. Her event is titled "Climbing inside humans: a hands-on look at anatomical body painting." Search google images for "anatomical body painting", and you can see how cool and visually interesting Tuesday's event will be.
If you're interested in pursuing this opportunity, please contact me at 336-278-6188 or McMichael 124A. Thanks,
