Elon University's annual Homecoming concert will feature We the Kings and Chris Webby this year, according to a press release from the Student Government Association.

Members of the Student Union Board and SGA have collaborated to bring the Florida-based punk band and Connecticut-based rapper to campus during Homecoming weekend. In the spring, students voted on who they would like to see perform, with options including Matt Nathanson and Sean Kingston. Webby and We the Kings ranked in the top five student responses, and will appear on Elon's campus in accordance with SUB's budget. This year, SGA is assisting with the finances and planning of the Homecoming concert. Past fall concerts have included rapper Sam Adams and country singer Corey Smith.

The Homecoming concert will take place at 8 p.m. Oct. 19 Under the Oaks. Admission is free.
