An Elon freshman was arrested Tuesday in Danieley Center on six charges of drug paraphernalia and was due in court today on these charges.

Joseph Allen Flynn, 18, of 4 Revolutionary Rd, Acton, Mass. is charged with using drug equipment and paraphernalia, possession with intent to sell/deliver, manufacturing marijuana, felony possession of marijuana, maintaining a dwelling house for drugs and possession of a fake driver’s license, according to the police report.

At the time of the arrest, one digital scale, six multi-colored smoking devices, 30 small Zip-Lock baggies, one priority mail box with baggies and VAC, two Ohio State drivers licenses and $1,205 were seized from Flynn, according to the police report.  The value of these items totals $1,627.

No other students were involved in the arrest, and no force or weapons were involved.

The case has been closed, and Flynn is due back in court April 19.
