Elon University sophomore Noah Roger was arrested on Thursday for felony possession of marijuana with intent to manufacture, sell, or deliver and felony keeping or maintaining a controlled substance for use, storage, or sale. 

Roger was also charged with misdemeanor possession of marijuana paraphernalia.  

According to North Carolina state law, felony marijuana possession is an amount over one-and-a-half ounces. 

Roger has a court date set for May 24.
