As a student it is difficult to have clothes for all seasons because 1) if you live far away you have to have them all here and 2) dorms are not meant for that!

Students struggle with this very dilemma every year of how am I going to fit all of my clothes in my closet, and then be able to decide what to wear if one day it is 70 degrees and the next it is in the 40s. These are the problems of going to school in North Carolina, where the weather could vary!

One thing I have found that helps with finding room in your closet for Spring and other seasons is keeping a suitcase under your bed with the clothes you are not wearing yet. For example, if it is Winter and you need your warm clothes in your closet then switch those out and put your Spring/Summer clothes in your suitcase and put them under your bed until you can wear them again.

Another way of organizing your clothes would be to decide on outfits at the beginning of the season. This option is hard because that requires some hardcore planning ahead and who has time for that?

As a college student it is difficult to find space for everything you need, but if you realize how you can allocate the different clothes for the different seasons then you will be stress free as far as closet space goes!
