On Monday, we found out that Ne-Yo and his longtime girlfriend, Crystal Renay, are expecting and engaged.
Ne-Yo went on a twitter rant after many rumors sparked regarding a new Instagram of his fiancé holding a picture of Ne-Yo and her pregnant self.
“Clearing the air…@MsCrystalRenay and I are ENGAGED to be married next year,” he said in his first of four tweets. “And yes we are are expecting.”
After that, Ne-Yo also decided to clear up the rumors regarding his ex-fiancé and the mother of two of his children, Moneyetta Shaw.
According to nypost.com, "The then-couple decided they didn’t want to have any more kids, so Shaw underwent surgery to have her tubes tied. They eventually broke up and moved on — allowing Ne-Yo to have children with other women and supposedly leaving Shaw in a bit of a pickle."
“Clearing the air… I didn’t force Mo to tie her tubes,” Ne-Yo tweeted. “Mutual decision. And the procedure is reversible. #SheCanHaveKids.”
Shaw hasn’t officially released a statement about Ne-Yo's engagement and baby, but she took to Instagram writing, “Classy but hurt.”
