Elon honors pediatrician for uncovering the Flint water crisis

Dr. Mona Hanna-Attisha, the founding donor of The Flint Child Health and Development Fund, was honored with the Elon University Medal for Entrepreneurial Leadership for her activism. Attisha’s work led to the discovery of the Flint water crisis and helped start the initiative to replace lead pipes in the Michigan city.

Elon falls to No. 13 East Carolina

Elon University baseball (21-16, 10-2 CAA) fell to the East Carolina University Pirates 9-4 Tuesday, April 16, at Latham Park. The Phoenix's slow start in the first inning set the team back too far for it to recover.

Student start Club Table Tennis team at Elon

Junior Steven Mei and sophomore Adam Behrman met when they both competed in the fall 2018 intramural table tennis tournament hosted by Elon University. Now, they not only consider each other good friends, but they are also now teammates after creating the university’s first Club Table Tennis team together.
