Preventing mold and mildew

Residence Life sent out an email earlier today on how to prevent mold in mildew in resident halls on campus. Due to the high levels of humidity in North Carolina, as well as the incorrect thermostat settings, moisture can condense inside dorms and create an environment that creates mold and mildew.

More time in the gym could raise your GPA

Finals are just around the corner and with the onslaught of tests, projects and papers comes stress. But it might not be too late to turn that GPA around, without pulling an all-nighter. In a new study released in USA Today by Purdue University, researchers found that visiting the gym is correlated with a higher GPA.
