Feel Better Burlington offers free yoga to first responders

Every Saturday from 12 to 1 a unique group gathers in this hot yoga studio in downtown Burlington to sweat out the stress of the week. This group faces a particularly unique set of challenges and stresses through their weeks. Everyone in the room is, or is married to, a first responder.

Following her voice: Elon senior breaks into music industry

Elon University senior Rosie Darling has been writing songs since she was 11, and now is on a mission to release one single a month for the rest of the year.  The singer-songwriter from Canton, Massachusetts dropped her first single, “I Miss U,” in June. Though a strategic communications major minoring in psychology, Darling is sure that music is something she will do for the rest of her life.
