A flood warning has been issued for Alamance County by the National Weather Service in Raleigh. The warning will be in effective until 4:28 a.m. Monday, Oct. 10.

According to the National Weather Service, the Haw River stage was 11.6 feet on Saturday Afternoon. Flood stage is 18 feet, which the river is expected to surpass Saturday night. The river has, "significant overflow" on the right bank, opposite of the water treatment plant.

According to the Weather Channel, three people have died in North Carolina as a result of Hurricane Matthew.
