Monday night, a twitter feud broke out between Taylor Swift and Nicki Minaj.
The back-and-forth tweets began when Nicki wasn’t too happy that her video, “Anaconda,” wasn't nominated for Video of the Year at this year’s Video Music Awards (VMAs).
Loyal fans to both Taylor and Nicki got involved, as well as Taylor’s biggest enemy — Katy Perry. Katy lashed out with a tweet that exemplified the irony in Taylor’s response to Nicki and her creation of her music video, “Bad Blood.”
The feud caused an uproar in the media and left a lot of people unhappy. Thursday morning, Taylor took it upon herself to apologize to the Twitter community for misunderstanding Nicki’s tweet.
We forgive you, Taylor, and we hope everyone else will, too.
