More tragic celebrity news came today as E! News confirmed that Blake Shelton and Miranda Lambert are divorcing. Country music’s favorite duo released a statement saying that they will “move forward separately” after four years of marriage.
According to TMZ, Shelton filed divorce papers a few months back. The news seemed to come as a surprise to fans of the couple, which was known for its public flirtation on social media.
Shelton and Lambert, 39 and 31 respectively, married in early 2011 and do not have any children together.
